- In case, you forget your password, you can click on the Forgot Password link. TicketExpress send an email to your registered email id. In that email there will be a link for Reset password. By clicking this link you can change/reset your password.
- We allow the organizer to control the nature of his event. So, we have provided two modes of privacy as –
- 1. Private :
- If an organizer wishes that ticket booking is controlled only by him, then he can choose this mode for his event. If you create a “private” event, it won’t be publicly accessible (i.e it won’t be posted on TicketExpress wall). Tickets can be booked only from organizer-end.
- 2. Public :
- When an event is created as “Public”, it will be published on the TicketExpress wall. Any registered user of TicketExpress can book tickets online as per availability of tickets.
