How and where do I collect my tickets/wristbands?

Bands can be collected from the box office counter at the event venue, in exchange for your e-ticket copy. Entry into event premises will be granted only post scanning of a valid e-ticket & entry wristband.

Can I buy tickets using cash?

You can buy tickets using cash through our Official Offline Promoters

How old do I have to be to enter the KING - New Life India Tour?

You must be of 16 years and above to enter the event. Standard rules apply and underage entries will not be permitted. Legal Drinking Age may differ from city to city.

Will I be able to get a refund for the tickets if I do not attend the event?

No refund will be provided for tickets even in case of any rescheduling.

Will I need to carry a photo ID along for ticket verification purposes?

Yes. A valid Photo ID i.e. Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Driver’s License, etc.

Are there additional charges for booking a ticket online?

Yes, a nominal service charge will be added per transaction.

What is the maximum number of tickets I can purchase?

A maximum of 10 tickets per transaction can be purchased.

Where can I read the ticketing `Terms and Conditions`?

The ticket terms and conditions will be provided before you purchase your ticket.

What will be the safety measures followed for the event?

Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
Parking near or at the venue premises is at risk to the vehicle owner. Organizer will not hold responsibility for any damage or theft of any vehicles within the stipulated parking premises of the venue.
Consumption and sale of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Anybody caught in possession will be handed over to the authorities.

The organizers reserve the right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, ejecting the holder/s of the ticket from the venue after they have entered the ground.
Organizers or any of its agents, officers, and employees shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses or cost suffered at or as a result of the event of any part of it.
No refund on a purchased ticket is possible, even in case of any rescheduling.
Very limited paid parking is available. Please use public transport.
No bag packs, handbags, and other baggage are allowed inside the venue. There is NO storage facility available at the event.
The event is subject to government permission. In case the event is canceled, a full refund shall be issued to all patrons.
Alcohol will be served to guests above the legal drinking age (LDA) and on the display of valid age proof.
Any disputes to be settled under Mumbai jurisdiction courts only.
Organisers are not responsible for any negative effects of food items or drinks consumed in the venue by guests; We encourage guests to drink responsibly and in moderation.
