Terms & Conditions – 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

1. Eligibility: The 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course is suitable for beginners, regular yoga practitioners, and aspiring yoga teachers. Participants should be physically and mentally fit enough to take part in daily yoga practices.

2. Registration & Seat Confirmation: Admission will be confirmed only after successful registration and receipt of the required booking amount or course fee.

3. Course Fee: The applicable course fee will depend on the selected package, such as Non-Residential, Shared Residential, or Private Residential. Any additional personal expenses are not included unless specifically mentioned.

4. Booking Amount: The advance/registration amount paid to reserve a seat is non-refundable unless otherwise confirmed in writing by the institute.

5. Cancellation Policy: If a participant cancels the course after registration, the booking amount may not be refunded. Any refund on the remaining amount, if applicable, will be subject to the institute's cancellation policy.

6. Course Rescheduling: In genuine circumstances, a participant may request to shift their booking to another available batch. Approval will be subject to seat availability and management discretion.

7. Attendance: Regular attendance is mandatory. Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes, practical sessions, lectures, and assessments to qualify for course completion certification.

8. Certification: The course completion certificate will be issued only to students who successfully complete the required training hours, attendance, assignments, practical sessions, and assessments.

9. Accommodation & Meals: Residential packages include accommodation and meals only as specified in the selected package. Special food, personal purchases, laundry, transportation, or additional services may involve extra charges.

10. Health & Medical Responsibility: Participants must disclose any existing injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, recent surgery, or other health concerns before joining the course. Students are responsible for taking medical advice where required.

11. Personal Belongings: Jyoti Yoga will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the training or stay.

12. Code of Conduct: Students are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality, respectful behaviour, cleanliness, and a positive learning environment throughout the program.

13. Course Schedule: Class timings, teachers, activities, excursions, or course schedules may be adjusted when required due to operational, weather, teacher availability, or other unavoidable circumstances.

14. Photography & Media: Photographs or videos may be taken during classes or activities for promotional purposes. Participants should inform the management in advance if they do not wish to appear in promotional content.

15. Travel & Transportation: Travel expenses to and from the yoga school are not included unless specifically mentioned in the selected package.

16. Unforeseen Circumstances: The institute reserves the right to modify, postpone, or reschedule the course due to natural disasters, government restrictions, health emergencies, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

17. Acceptance of Terms: By registering for the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
