• Q.Where do I pick up my tickets?

For collecting the physical passes, you will need to exchange your e-ticket or display the SMS received at the venue on the day of the event. Kindly carry a valid government ID card.

• Q.Can I cancel my tickets?

As per our policies, once booked, you will not be able to cancel or refund the tickets.

• Q.How many tickets can I book in one transaction?

You can purchase a maximum of 10 tickets per transaction. This may vary with as per events and their requirements. In case you wish to book more than 10 tickets, write to info@ticketexpress.in.

• Q.How can I confirm whether my tickets have been booked?

In case you do not receive any confirmation e-mail or SMS, kindly email us on info@ticketexpress.in with the contact details used during the transaction.

• Q.What do I do if my booking is not completed?

Please do not worry. We apologize for the inconvenience. Email us the details on info@ticketexpress.in. We will look into it at the earliest.

• Q.Can I exchange my tickets?

Tickets cannot be exchanged.
