Terms & Conditions – 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

1. Eligibility: The 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course is an advanced program. Participants should preferably have completed a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course or possess equivalent yoga training and practical experience.

2. Registration & Admission: Admission is subject to eligibility, seat availability, successful registration, and payment of the applicable booking amount.

3. Course Fee: The course fee will be communicated at the time of enquiry or registration. Fees may vary depending on the selected residential or non-residential package.

4. Seat Reservation: A seat will be considered confirmed only after the required advance or registration payment has been received.

5. Non-Refundable Registration Fee: The registration or booking amount is generally non-refundable once the seat has been reserved.

6. Cancellation & Refund: Any cancellation must be communicated to the institute in writing. Refund eligibility, if any, will depend on the date of cancellation and the institute's applicable refund policy.

7. Batch Transfer: Requests to transfer a booking to another batch may be considered in genuine circumstances, subject to availability and approval by management.

8. Attendance Requirement: As this is an advanced 300 Hour training program, regular and punctual attendance is mandatory. Missing excessive classes may affect eligibility for certification.

9. Assignments & Assessments: Students may be required to complete assignments, teaching practicums, written assessments, practical evaluations, peer teaching, or other academic requirements.

10. Certification: Certification will be awarded only after successful completion of the required training hours, practical work, assignments, attendance requirements, and assessments.

11. Physical Fitness: Advanced yoga training may involve physically demanding practices. Participants should ensure they are medically fit and inform the teachers about injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, recent surgery, or physical limitations.

12. Practice at Own Responsibility: Students are expected to practise mindfully and follow the instructions of the teachers. Participants should not perform advanced postures or practices beyond their physical capacity.

13. Accommodation & Meals: Facilities included in residential packages will be provided according to the selected accommodation category. Any additional requirements or personal expenses may attract separate charges.

14. Discipline & Conduct: Professional conduct, respect for teachers and fellow students, punctuality, cleanliness, and adherence to the institute's guidelines are mandatory throughout the training.

15. Course Content & Faculty: The institute may modify the teaching schedule, sequence of topics, faculty, class timings, or activities when necessary without affecting the overall training objectives.

16. Excursions & Activities: Any excursion, outdoor activity, or additional session included in the program may be changed or cancelled depending on weather, safety, availability, or other operational reasons.

17. Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The institute will not be liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

18. Photography & Promotional Content: Images and videos may be recorded during training sessions or group activities for educational or promotional purposes. Participants may inform the management beforehand if they wish to opt out.

19. Force Majeure: Jyoti Yoga will not be held responsible for delays, postponements, or cancellations caused by natural disasters, government regulations, travel restrictions, health emergencies, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

20. Acceptance of Terms: Registration for the 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course confirms that the participant has read, understood, and agreed to all applicable Terms & Conditions.
