1. Ticket Purchase, Validity, and Reselling:

Tickets are only valid for the specified event and date.
Tickets cannot be transferred, refunded after purchase, or resold. Any tickets resold may be cancelled by the Promoter (Bangalore Open Air Pvt. Ltd.).
The only authorized ticketing platform is BookMyShow. Tickets from other sources are not recognized.
 

2. Age Restrictions:

The event is restricted to individuals aged 12 and above. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
 

3. Admission and Security:

Management may refuse entry or expel those violating venue rules or displaying disruptive behaviour.
Once you leave the festival, you may not re-enter.
Attendees are subject to security screenings. Items deemed prohibited, including but not limited to narcotics, weapons, and illegal substances, will be confiscated.
Possession of narcotics is illegal, and violators will be handed over to law enforcement.
 

4. Event Adjustments and Interruptions:

If the event is postponed or cancelled, ticket holders will be informed of alternative dates or refund options.
The Promoter/Venue Owner can postpone, interrupt, or terminate the event due to unforeseen risks, adverse weather, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
 

5. Program Details:

Event schedules, lineups, and supporting acts can change without prior notice. Refunds will not be issued due to such changes.
 

6. Health and Safety:

Attendees are accountable for their safety during the event.
All COVID-19 protocols and guidelines at the venue must be strictly followed.
 

7. Media Policy:

Unauthorized photography, audio, and video recording equipment are prohibited inside the venue.
Event organizers and performers can use event media for promotional activities.
 

8. Liability Waiver:

The event organizers, venue, and performers are not liable for losses, injuries, damages, or theft experienced during the event.
Attendees are responsible for risks linked to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after.
 

9. Expected Behavior:

Attendees should respect all individuals at the event. Inappropriate behaviour can lead to expulsion.
 

10. Venue Rules:

Attendees must follow the venue's rules and regulations.
Promoters may alter the event's details, such as performers, schedule, seating, or capacity, without prior notice.
Possession of illegal substances will result in severe consequences and police involvement.
By securing a ticket for Bangalore Open Air 2024, you consent to these terms and conditions. Non-compliance may result in denial of entry or expulsion without refunds. The terms can be updated at the organizers' discretion.

BookMyShow collects data during registration to facilitate ticket purchases and other services. This data collection and use align with our Privacy Policy, integral to these conditions.

COVID SAFETY GUIDELINES

• Owing to the recent conditions surrounding the COVID – 19 pandemic, as a pre-condition to gaining access to the venue (events and theatres) you are required to be fully vaccinated and may be required to display your COVID – 19 certificate at the venue as per the various norms /regulations prevailing in the said State. The venue provider and governing authorities reserve the right to exclude any user from the venue if there are sufficient grounds to believe so for failure to abide by the protocols. You agree to exit without protest or refund. Users are required to check the restrictions as applicable in their State
• Use of masks is mandatory at all times and the visitors are required to maintain social distancing norms. The venue and Bigtree reserve the right to change/modify the terms and conditions.
• Bigtree does not assume any responsibility with regards to any injury or complications due to COVID – 19 accrued as a result of your participation.
• The above guidelines are currently mandatory for Delhi/NCR, Maharashtra and Karnataka. These terms and conditions may vary depending on the state where the event is held and are subject to changes
