Bisarjan at Taki
Immersion is one of the rituals of Durga Puja. Thousands of Durga Idol were immersed in the Ganges and another river in Bengal. But very few people know that our neighboring country Bangladesh will also celebrate Durga Puja every year. Taki, a small border town in 24 Pargaana, will witness this event every year. Ichamoti river which divides Bharat and Bangladesh, many of Durga idol will immerse in this river. From Taki, you can see the opar Bangla Durga Bisarjan.
Itinerary
At 8.30 am in the morning we Start from Kolkata. Packed Breakfast will serve on the bus. Reach Taki around 12 pm. After Lunch in Hotel, we board at Launch for sailing. Watch Bharat Bangladesh Durga Idol immersion on Icchamoti.The breathtaking view of DUI Bangla and the confluence of Icchamoti, Roymongal & Bidyadhari.
After that, we start for Kolkata at around 5.30 pm & reach Kolkata around 9 pm.
