At the end of this session, you would be able to make:

• Black forest cake (with base sponge & icing)
• Pineapple gateaux ( with base sponge & icing)
• Chocolate ganache (with base sponge & icing)
• Photo cake (with base sponge & icing)
• Demonstrate different icing techniques: Rose, flowers, Borders, leaves, etc.

Note: You will be getting a file of recipes and you may also bring boxes to carry your own handmade products back home.

Fees: INR 1500/- per participant
