1. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded

2. An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment

3. We recommend that you arrive at-least 30 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry 

4. It is mandatory to wear masks at all times and follow social distancing norms

5. Please do not purchase tickets if you feel sick

6. Please ensure you have a valid ID proof with you.

7. Kindly note that tickets once purchased are non-refundable, even in the event of rescheduling.

8. Security measures, including frisking, are at the discretion of the management.

9. For the safety of all attendees, the following items are prohibited at the venue: weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, and musical instruments. Those found with such items may be removed from the venue.

10. The sponsors, performers, and organizers are not liable for any injuries or damages during the event. Any disputes will be resolved in as per Indian Law.

11. Entry may be denied to individuals in an intoxicated state.

12. Photography and Videography Consent: You consent to the Car Club of Pune capturing photos and videos during Car Chronicles. These photos and videos may be used for future events, including but not limited to advertisement and social media purposes.

13. Usage Rights: The Car Club of Pune reserves the right to use the photos and videos captured during Car Chronicles for promotional purposes, including but not limited to advertising future events and sharing on social media platforms.

14. No Compensation: You acknowledge and agree that no compensation will be provided for the use of your likeness in any photos or videos captured during Car Chronicles.

15. Revocation of Consent: If you do not wish to consent to the use of your likeness in photos and videos captured during Car Chronicles, please notify event staff upon entry.

16. Terms and conditions may change depending on the organiser`s discretion without any notice.

COVID SAFETY GUIDELINES

• Owing to the recent conditions surrounding the COVID – 19 pandemic, as a pre-condition to gaining access to the venue (events and theatres) you are required to be fully vaccinated and may be required to display your COVID – 19 certificate at the venue as per the various norms /regulations prevailing in the said State. The venue provider and governing authorities reserve the right to exclude any user from the venue if there are sufficient grounds to believe so for failure to abide by the protocols. You agree to exit without protest or refund. Users are required to check the restrictions as applicable in their State
