1. Age limit: Entry above 18 years of age only.
2. Physical ticket are mandatory to carry for the entry.
3. We recommend that you arrive at-least 40 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry
4. Rights of admission are reserved, to valid ticket holders.
5. Tickets once purchased, will not be refunded.
6. Entry to the venue starts 30 minutes prior to show time.
7. These terms & conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organiser.
8. No professional, SLR or DSLR cameras or recording (sound or video) equipment will be permitted in the venue. Do not bring them to the venue as we will not be able to take
responsibility and hold the same in safekeeping.
9. No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons,knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, lazer devices, bottles, musical instruments will be not allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.
10.The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event.
11.No drug use - consumption of narcotics is illegal and those found in possession of or
consuming narcotics at the event will be handed over to police authorities.
12.Carrying of liquids, alcohol, cigarettes and banned substances including outside food will not be permitted in the venue. No liability claims of food, pollution and other consumption poisoning will be entertained.
13. You shall not use or display within the venue any sponsorship, promotional or marketing materials unless authorized by written confirmation from organizer.

COVID SAFETY GUIDELINES

• Owing to the recent conditions surrounding the COVID – 19 pandemic, as a pre-condition to gaining access to the venue (events and theatres) you are required to be fully vaccinated and may be required to display your COVID – 19 certificate at the venue as per the various norms /regulations prevailing in the said State. The venue provider and governing authorities reserve the right to exclude any user from the venue if there are sufficient grounds to believe so for failure to abide by the protocols. You agree to exit without protest or refund. Users are required to check the restrictions as applicable in their State
• Use of masks is mandatory at all times and the visitors are required to maintain social distancing norms. The venue and Bigtree reserve the right to change/modify the terms and conditions.
• Bigtree does not assume any responsibility with regards to any injury or complications due to COVID – 19 accrued as a result of your participation.
• The above guidelines are currently mandatory for Delhi/NCR, Maharashtra and Karnataka. These terms and conditions may vary depending on the state where the event is held and are subject to changes.
