Q: Are the tickets transferable online or offline?

A: No

Q: Can I upgrade my ticket after booking?

A: Yes, tickets purchased can be upgraded.

Q: What time do the gates open?

A: Saturday & Sunday – 12 PM Onwards

Q: Is re-entry into the venue allowed?

A: This is a single-entry show. Once you exit the show area, you will not be permitted to enter again.

Q: Is there a minimum age requirement for the event or is it family friendly?

A: It’s family-friendly, if you are under the age of 16, you will need to be accompanied by an adult guardian.

Q: If it is a family friendly event, please mention the age limit, above which a ticket needs to be purchased?

A: Children up to the age of 6 years can enter for free. Children above that age will require a ticket.

Q: Is there a facility to charge electronics at the venue?

A: No

A government-issued; valid photo ID may be requested at entry.
Show details may change at the sole discretion of the organizer. All
announcements will be on Paytm Insider and HT City Unwind social media pages, and on email/SMS/push to existing ticket holders.
Children up to the age of 6 years can enter for free. Children above that
age will require a ticket.
Due to the live band performance event, all parents/guardians are
requested to bring their kids at their own discretion.
If you are under the age of 16, you will need to be accompanied by an
adult guardian.
Liquor will be served to guests of Legal Drinking Age (LDA) only. LDA
bands will be provided at the venue on proof of age
If an underage individual is found consuming alcohol, the ward’s adult
guardian will be liable for all resulting actions & consequences.
No refunds on purchased tickets are possible, even in case of any
rescheduling of the event.
Rights of admission are reserved, even to valid ticket holders.
Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event.
Venue rules apply.
Beware of counterfeit tickets.
The possession of cigarettes, including loose cigarettes and cigarette
packs, as well as any other tobacco products, is strictly prohibited on our premises. This policy applies to all individuals entering the festival.
The organizer holds the free right to use any photographs, video, graphic or other media form captured, shot or recorded by visitors at the festival and shared on public platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and Blogs for usage including but not limited to commercial, advertising and branding purposes in perpetuity.
The holder of this ticket grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or a part of the recording of any video or still footage made of the holder on any channel or magazine for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotions relating hereto without any further approval required of the holder.
The holder of this ticket, acknowledges and agrees that organizers may
use their personal information for the following purposes - 1. Organizer
may use your personal information for their own legitimate business
purposes, which may include event-related communication, analytics, and improving the services.
2. Sponsors may use your personal information for their marketing and
promotional activities related to [Event/Services]. This may include
contacting you with offers, products, or services that align with the event theme.
AUDIO OR VIDEO RECORDING OF THE SHOW IS NOT PERMITTED.
You must not make, create, store, record or transmit any kind of sound
recording, visual footage (recording), or store, record or transmit any
information or other data in relation to the event. The organizers reserve the right to eject you from the venue for doing so.
Security procedures, including frisking, remain the right of the
management.
No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, or
musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.
The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage due to the event. Any claims regarding the same would be settled in courts in Mumbai.
No drug use allowed - consumption of narcotics is illegal and those found in possession of or consuming narcotics at the event will be handed over to police authorities.
Ticket holders in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.
Carrying of liquids, alcohol, cigarettes and banned substances including
outside food will not be permitted in the venue.
No liability claims of food, pollution and other consumption poisonings will be entertained.
The price of a ticket at the on-ground box office may vary on event days.
The Organizer holds the right to change the T&C at any given point in time.
Please carry a valid ID proof along with you.
No refunds on purchased ticket are possible, even in case of any rescheduling.
