1.     Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.

2.     An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment

3.     Valid College ID is required for a student ticket entry at JINGLE LAND. Please bring the valid ID while arriving the venue.

4.     Single Ticket is valid for only 1 person at JINGLE LAND. Please carry a government ID proof while arriving at the event.

5.     Couple Ticket is valid for 2 people at JINGLE LAND. Please carry a government ID proof while arriving at the event.

6.     Group of 4 ticket is valid for a group of 4 people at JINGLE LAND. Please carry a government ID proof while arriving at the event.

7.     GENERAL category ticket is applicable only for GENERAL ARENA entry. If purchased a GENERAL category ticket, you are not allowed to enter Fan pit area.

8.     No one is allowed over the stage or backstage until called or asked for a specific reason.

9.     Any kind of drugs consumption will not be permitted at the venue premises. If found, disciplinary action will be taken against the person.

10. Organizers have all the rights to refuse entry and take a disciplinary action against anyone creating a nuisance.

11. We recommend that you arrive at-least 30 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry.

12. Gates will open at 3 PM on 8th June,2024.

13. It is mandatory to wear masks at all times and follow social distancing norms

14. Please do not purchase tickets if you feel sick.

15. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation

16. Rights of admission reserved.

17. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizer.

18. Organizers won`t be responsible of your personal belongings. Please carry it safely.

19. Any other charges applicable e.g. food stalls or flea stalls etc are exclusive of the ticket purchased.

20. CCTV under surveillance for the activity tracker.

21. There is no seating arrangement available. It is only standing arrangement and You will get the place based on "First Come First Serve".

COVID SAFETY GUIDELINES

• Owing to the recent conditions surrounding the COVID – 19 pandemic, as a pre-condition to gaining access to the venue (events and theatres) you are required to be fully vaccinated and may be required to display your COVID – 19 certificate at the venue as per the various norms /regulations prevailing in the said State. The venue provider and governing authorities reserve the right to exclude any user from the venue if there are sufficient grounds to believe so for failure to abide by the protocols. You agree to exit without protest or refund. Users are required to check the restrictions as applicable in their State
• Use of masks is mandatory at all times and the visitors are required to maintain social distancing norms. The venue and Bigtree reserve the right to change/modify the terms and conditions.
• Bigtree does not assume any responsibility with regards to any injury or complications due to COVID – 19 accrued as a result of your participation.
• The above guidelines are currently mandatory for Delhi/NCR, Maharashtra and Karnataka. These terms and conditions may vary depending on the state where the event is held and are subject to changes.
