• All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only.
• Alcohol will be served only to 21 and above.
• No refunds or exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances..
• The age group 5 and above needs a full ticket.
• Adult Ticket holders are responsible for taking note of any entry conditions or restrictions imposed on minimum children's admission age.
• The price of the ticket shall be the price set at the time the order for the ticket is accepted. Ticket prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and exclusive of handling fees/ticketing fees etc.
• Please ensure that the ticket purchase under you is not shared with any other third-party
• For those who purchase on behalf of your friend/family please make sure the ticket is only given to the right person.
• For multiple ticket purchasers, you are solely responsible for all the tickets under your purchase.
• Purchasers MUST show their original Identity Card and confirmation email with a QR code upon collection. In the event the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the individual and/or purchaser, the Organizer reserves the absolute right to refuse the ticket holder to enter the hall.
• Third parties are not allowed to enter the event.
• The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. 
• Ownership or possession of the ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on the purchaser to use, alter, copy, and/or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trademarks, logos, and/or intellectual property appearing on the ticket.
• In the event that the purchaser provides false or incorrect data when making the purchase, the purchaser may be barred from attending the Event.
• Organizer reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, and/or eject any person whose behavior does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by us and/or the venue.
• If you are found or caught jumping categories by the security, security cameras, Organiser personnel, then the organizer has the right to claim a fine of INR 1,00,000 + GST or file a legal case of Cheating pushing you behind bars.
• If anyone is found disturbing the audience, breaking the properties/Barricades, or any behaviour which the organiser, security, or Police officials they shall sent from the venue and barred permanently from attending any shows in the future along with the will damage claim in accordance with the damage done.
• Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. All Tickets will be rendered invalid if resold.

Weather condition:

• If this is an indoor event, it will not be impacted by rain.
• If this is an outdoor event, it might be under raining - 
• The show will continue if there is rain.
• Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.

Cancellation :

• In the event any of the performing group is unable to attend or participate, and beyond its organizer’s reasonable control, no refund can be claimed under any circumstances
• Organizer reserves the right to change or amend any terms and conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
• Consent: During the Event (including entry into the Event), the ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous, and illegal substances and recording devices.

Assumption of Risk: 

• The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual Event, including but not limited to any death, personal injury, loss, damage, or liability.
• Changes to Event: The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add, or substitute any artists/performers’ and or vary advertised programs, event times, seating arrangements, and audience capacity without prior notice.
• Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.

Recording/ Audiotaping: 

• No photography, audio, or video recording is allowed during the Event.
• Incentive Scheme: If the Audience reports the guilty person whoever has jumped the category, and the accused is proven guilty then they shall be given up to 20% of the fine amount as an incentive for Moral policing in order to maintain organized behavior in the concerts.
• Please be advised that the organizers shall not assume responsibility for the behavior or actions of other patrons, including non-compliance with event rules and guidelines. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and adhere to the established rules and regulations. The organizers disclaim liability for any incidents arising from interactions between attendees. By participating in the event, attendees acknowledge and accept these terms

COVID SAFETY GUIDELINES

• Owing to the recent conditions surrounding the COVID – 19 pandemic, as a pre-condition to gaining access to the venue (events and theatres) you are required to be fully vaccinated and may be required to display your COVID – 19 certificate at the venue as per the various norms /regulations prevailing in the said State. The venue provider and governing authorities reserve the right to exclude any user from the venue if there are sufficient grounds to believe so for failure to abide by the protocols. You agree to exit without protest or refund. Users are required to check the restrictions as applicable in their State
• Use of masks is mandatory at all times and the visitors are required to maintain social distancing norms. The venue and Bigtree reserve the right to change/modify the terms and conditions.
• Bigtree does not assume any responsibility with regards to any injury or complications due to COVID – 19 accrued as a result of your participation.
• The above guidelines are currently mandatory for Delhi/NCR, Maharashtra and Karnataka. These terms and conditions may vary depending on the state where the event is held and are subject to changes.
