Ø All participants must follow the instructions of the event organisers. 

Ø All participants must abide by all local laws and regulations. 

Ø All participants must respect the natural environment of the beach and act responsibly. 

Ø All Participants must respect the rights and safety of other participants and refrain from any behaviour that is disruptive or offensive. 

Ø All participants must wear appropriate clothing and footwear. 

Ø Participants must not litter or leave debris or garbage at the beach.

Ø All Participants must not leave the designated venue during the rain dance event. 

Ø Rights of Admission Reserved at the Organizer`s sole discretion, even to valid ticket holders. The event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any participant for any reason.

Ø Outside food, beverages, bottled water, and alcohol will not be permitted at the venue.

Ø The organiser reserves the right, without refund or compensation, to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.

Ø The organisers or any staff or associates are not liable for theft, injury, damage or losses from the event or any part.

Ø The organiser may use the ticket holder`s image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph or picture.

Ø All participants agree to submit to any search for any prohibited items, including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and audio-visual recording devices.

Ø The Organisers will not be responsible for any untoward incidents during the event.

Ø The Organisers will not be responsible in case of any injury or health-related issues of any participant

Ø The Organizers will not be responsible for any adverse effects caused by the food or drinks served at the venue due to their medical conditions.

Ø The organiser retains the right to claim and collect from the Invitee/Attendee compensation for damages caused to the resort premises or its contents immediately at the venue.

Ø The organisers will not be responsible for any consequential liability

Ø These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organiser

Ø Each ticket holder has to pay 1000 INR @ the venue as cover charges that can be fully redeemable at the food stall or bar counter.

Ø All your belongings should be taken care of on your own. In case of any missing / damage, the venue or organiser won`t be responsible.

Ø Beach access will be subject to management rights. Beach access will be restricted if influenced by alcohol.
