? The venue does not have an elevator.

? The venue provides limited parking facilities.

? Please do not purchase tickets if you feel sick.

? Group pictures, artist meet & greet or any other promotional engagement is strictly prohibited.

? Ticket prices may fluctuate, based on demand, at any time.

? Tickets once purchased, will not be refunded. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.

? Moving/shifting seats is not permitted.

? Entry to the venue starts 30 minutes prior to show time.

? Latecomers may be denied entry.

? Eatables, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are not allowed from outside the venue.

? Professional cameras, any form of recording instruments, arms and ammunition, and consumption and sale of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

? The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may also request any ticket holder to leave the venue before, during or after performances or events if it believes their presence is likely to cause nuisance, disturbance or threat to other patrons.

Lineup or billed attractions are subjected to change.

? No recording of any kind (including Instagram/Facebook/Snapchat/Youtube story) is permitted during performance. You may be asked to leave the show if caught recording. Management reserve rights to go through your phone gallery and delete files in this situation.

? Internet handling fees may be levied. Please check your total amount before payment.

? Venue or any of its agents, officers, employees shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses or cost suffered at or as a result of the event or any part of it.

? First aid/medical facilities will be provided, however, the venue does not take any responsibility for any medical problems arising.

? A ticket holder grants the venue the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any tape made of holder`s appearance on any channel for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotion relating hereto.

COVID SAFETY GUIDELINES

• Owing to the recent conditions surrounding the COVID – 19 pandemic, as a pre-condition to gaining access to the venue (events and theatres) you are required to be fully vaccinated and may be required to display your COVID – 19 certificate at the venue as per the various norms /regulations prevailing in the said State. The venue provider and governing authorities reserve the right to exclude any user from the venue if there are sufficient grounds to believe so for failure to abide by the protocols. You agree to exit without protest or refund. Users are required to check the restrictions as applicable in their State
• Use of masks is mandatory at all times and the visitors are required to maintain social distancing norms. The venue and Bigtree reserve the right to change/modify the terms and conditions.
• Bigtree does not assume any responsibility with regards to any injury or complications due to COVID – 19 accrued as a result of your participation.
