 Adventure Geek invites you for a 10 days Manali Adventure Camp in a true Himalayan style that offers additional emphasis on outdoor teaching techniques. Manali Adventure Camp is designed to develop outdoor skills and leadership.

Manali adventure camp is ideal for beginners. Manali Adventure Camp includes activities like Trekking, Camping, Rope skills, Basics of Rock climbing, River Crossing, Outdoor Survival skills, White water Rafting, Cooking & of course play a lot with snow at Snow Point....

Itinerary

DAY DETAILS
Day 1 Mumbai - Delhi (3 AC Train Journey)
All Participants Meet Adventure Geek Leader at Bandra Station at their own arrangements. Board 12216 DEE Garibrath Express (3 AC) 12.45 pm & proceed towards Delhi.
Overnight Train Journey.

Day 2 Delhi to Manali (Volvo Journey - 575 Kms, 15 Hours)
Reach Delhi Rohila Station at 12.15 pm. Freshen-up at Railway Station. After Lunch depart for Manali by Semi
Sleeper Volvo around 5 pm.
(Delhi Participants can Join us at Volvo Pick up Point at their Own arrangements.)
Pick up point will be confirmed before 7 days of Departure.

Day 3 Manali (Shuru)
Arrive at Manali Bus Stand around 8 am. Onward Journey to Campsite by Local Sumo (5 kms). On arrival at base, camp tents will be allotted. After Refreshment Introduction, Group Games & Group discussion & small
Acclimatization Trek.
Overnight at Campsite.

Day 4 Shuru to Bhanara Hills / Thorku Dugh (1 & ½ Hour Trek)
The day begins at 6 am with a warm up session and move to Mountain Base Camp either Thorku Dugh
(2230m.) or Bhanara Hills (2170m) a meadow amidst of the silver fir forest. Trail ascends through forest till
Mountain Base camp, which is one and a half hours trek. Tent Allocation, Breakfast Introduction of various Rock climbing gears & equipment followed by a practical session on the rocks. Participants will learn various kinds of knots and various climbing techniques & drills.

Day 5 Adventure Activity
The day begins at 6 am the students will go through a warm up session. After having breakfast Adventure activities like Rappelling, River Crossing etc. During the Adventure activities, our Team will focus on Fear and
Risk Management issues followed by a group discussion on the same.

Day 6 High altitude Trek
The next day the group goes on a high altitude trek to Tilgan (2470M). The group will be introduced to agriculture tourism & mountaineering skills and back to the campsite. Field cooking under the guidance of instructors.

Day 7 Rafting on Beas River
In the morning return trek back to the Base camp and settle into the tents. The participants immediately will be driven by Sumo down to Rafting point at Kullu. Evening roams around the market.

Day 8 Snow Point - Manali - Delhi (Bus Journey - 575 Kms, 15 Hours)
A complete group will be driven by local bus/Sumo very an early in the morning to either Shivling point -
Solang Nullah or nearby point Hamta/ Gulaba. The participants have to trek almost one and half hour to Hamta
Snow point/ Solang glacier to touch chunk of snow. The afternoon followed by a farewell ceremony / roam around
Mall road & departs in the evening towards Delhi by Vovlo.

Day 9 Delhi to Mumbai (3 AC Train Journey)
Arrival at Delhi around 7.30 am. Board Train 12215 Garibrath Express 3 AC for Bandra Terminus by 9.20 am.

Day 10 Reach Mumbai with Good Memories
Arrival at Bandra Terminus at 8.10 am.

3 AC Train Journey: Bandra Terminus - Delhi Rohila - Bandra Terminus.
Semi Sleeper AC Volvo: Delhi - Manali - Delhi.
All food charges (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) Ex. Manali.
Accommodation in tents at Manali (Shuru) and at a higher campsite on multiple sharing.
(Separate tents for boys and girls.)
Charges for the activities mentioned above.
One White Water Rafting session on Beas River.
Visit to Snow Point.
