A - Yes, This is a Physical card which will be personalised with your name, photo and unique membership number.

Can I buy membership using Cash?

A – Yes, you can buy it using cash via our official offline promoters.

How old do I have to be to avail this membership?

A - You must be 15 years and above to avail this membership.

Will I be able to get a refund if I am unable to avail any of the benefits?

A - No refund will be provided for this membership.

Are there any additional charges for booking a ticket online?

A - Yes, a nominal service charge will be added per transaction.

Is this membership limited to one person?

A - Yes, This membership is limited to one person per transaction and is non-transferrable

This Club Card is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Entry to an event venue will be granted only after cross–verification of Government ID.
Age Group: 15 years and above.
This is a Physical card that will be delivered to the address given during purchase.
Validity is limited to one person per card.
Home Delivery is Mandatory
Any Disputes will be settled under Mumbai Jurisdiction courts only.
Rights of Admission reserved, even to valid members.
Resale of this membership is strictly prohibited.
In case of any loss of the Sunburn Elite Card, a penalty of Rs. 1000/- will be applicable to cancel and reissue a new card. The new card will be delivered within 15 working days post the completion of the process.
Each Member will get unique membership number which will be used for verification while availing of the benefits along with the Mobile Number and Email ID.
Unlimited GA access on purchase of GA Elite Card. Customers can enter the event venue directly with the card and do not need to take any additional wristband.
Unlimited VIP access on purchase of VIP Elite Card. Customers can enter the event venue directly with the card and do not need to take any additional wristband.

Owing to the recent conditions surrounding the COVID – 19 pandemic, as a pre-condition to gaining access to the venue (events and theatres) you are required to be fully vaccinated and may be required to display your COVID – 19 certificate at the venue as per the various norms /regulations prevailing in the said State. The venue provider and governing authorities reserve the right to exclude any user from the venue if there are sufficient grounds to believe so for failure to abide by the protocols. You agree to exit without protest or refund. Users are required to check the restrictions as applicable in their State
Use of masks is mandatory at all times and the visitors are required to maintain social distancing norms. The venue and Bigtree reserve the right to change/modify the terms and conditions.
